One-on-one support to address whatever issues in life are frustrating you - teaching mindset principles that will help identify and eliminate self limiting beliefs and resentments. This clarity helps in discovering a life filled with passion and meaning. With the right mindset, everything is possible. Without it, anything can and will be a struggle and self sabotage is commonplace. The framework I will share allowed me to see how my past successes and challenges were influenced by my mindset so that I could optimize my perspective in approaching new endeavors and challenges.
As we age, a primary goal of any fitness program should be Pain-Free Movement. Physical activity will not be enjoyable if it hurts - and if it's not enjoyable, it won't be sustainable. Most people are born with pain free movement, but we lose our BROM (basic range of motion) as we age by not continuing to press those boundaries (or are sometimes held back by an injury). Fortunately, you can typically see results in how you feel in your body in 30 days - with massive results possible with 3 months of dedicated practice. It's about consistentently doing the right things. These practices are not hard, but took me many years to learn before I found the right techniques to give me painfree movement after years of jiu jitsu had me feeling beat up and often sore.
I've done many workouts over the years from running and lifting to a variety of sports. And, while I still do run and strength train, I've never found anything that presents the deep benefits I've experienced with boxing. This is why I've continued to practice it for 20+ years and want to share this passion with others.
Some of the key things I love about boxing:

There are commonly agreed upon principles that represent the Divine Masculine. We'll review 10 of these principles, how we do and don't represent them in our habits and actions, and enable you to create strategies to help you live these ideals in your day to day life. This will help you attach and/or grow the relationship of your dreams while also driving you closer towards realizing your purpose in life.

As a Coach, I want to share the lessons I've learned through trial and error and coaching I've received to optimize my mindset, fitness, mobility and relationships over the past 25 years.
I've found many universal techniques that can work for anyone and everyone, but the path to success will look differently for each individual based on your unique strengths, challenges, goals and desires.
By gaining clarity on what you want and what's keeping you from it, we can focus on the areas of your life where you believe improvement would give you the greatest benefit. This will produce measurable results as you build a balance of practices that will serve you for a lifetime.

I used to chase numbers. Bench press max. Speed on the treadmill. Reps in the gym. But somewhere in my mid-20s, I lost my drive. Not because I was lazy — because the vanity metrics stopped meaning anything. The 300-pound bench? Why was that my goal when it had zero bearing on my ability to protect myself or those I cared about? And, I didn't want to look like a power lifter anyway.
The truth was, the old-school grind I’d learned in high school football no longer excited me. It felt mechanical. Lifeless. That’s when I found boxing — at 27 — and everything changed.
Boxing gave me what robotic weight lifting movements never could: flow. A sense of purpose. A skill that mattered. I discovered I didn’t want to just "stay in shape" — I wanted to move like an athlete, think like a fighter, and train like it meant something. Not for show. For life. For power. For presence. And, for fun.
Twenty years later, I’m still training. Not in a fancy gym — but in my garage, outside in the grass, wherever I can fit it into my day. Because boxing is a martial art you can do solo. It’s cathartic. Grounding. It demands your focus while building your core, heart, lungs, and mind. And yes — it feels damn good to hit something as hard as you can with precision and remind yourself of your ability to protect and defend.
Beyond boxing, I’ve spent decades obsessing over mindset. At first, it was to compete — in the ring, on the mat, in business. But after my second divorce, the journey turned inward. I devoured self-development books. Sat in ceremonies. Faced myself — the parts that people-pleased, postured, and pretended. And I started to rebuild.
The mentors showed up. The frameworks clicked. I let go of old resentments and limiting beliefs that were weighing me down. I stopped outsourcing my power. And I began cultivating a spiritual practice that brought clarity, vision, and peace.
That work led me to become a certified mindset coach — not just to share what I’ve learned, but to help other men access their own internal power. Because when you let go of what’s been holding you back, everything changes. You stop reacting. You start leading. You gain peace, presence, and purpose. Your relationships evolve. Your career expands. You walk into every room differently.
Now, my purpose is simple:
To help men create their next prime — physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Not their younger self.
Not who they "used to be."
But who they’re here to become.
If that resonates with you — I’d love to work together.

There is a 3 day in person section to the program so that you can get hands on experience and feedback in person. But, the lessons and exercises can be done over video - with the only essential equipment being a mirror. As you understand what you need to look like in each position, you can correct yourself in the mirror through the exercises I'll give you. And, the bags I'll be giving you routines for do not require any other people to be present.
Through an initial consultation, we'll choose the areas of focus that we agree will best serve you. The primary driver of any recommendations I'll make will be based on your desire for improvement in that area. There is no need to do the cold tub during the 3 day intensive if you choose not to, but I keep it set at a mild 50º+ and it'll likely help ease inflammation in your body from a lot of activity and deep stretching while boosting dopamine.
Regarding diet, this is very personal and I'm not a doctor nor dietician. But, my diet has evolved over the course of 20 years and I've continuously studied and experimented with how I cook and what I consume while maintaining ~8 to 13% bodyfat. So, I'm happy to share as little or as much of my opinions as a client is interested in hearing. I would say that having a clean diet is definitely paramount to maintaining a lean physique (I believe such results are generally 80% diet and 20% exercise - although you can do more exercise to compensate). And, we all know, you are what you eat. So, quality counts in my book.
Of course, punching things as hard as you can is not where you start. But it doesn't take too long to end up there with the right training. You need to start on the right bags and build proper form to minimize injury as your chains strengthen through increased impact. And, eventually, it is absolutely the goal to be able to punch things as hard as you can as it offers the most efficient, cathartic and stress relieving functional workout one can do.
Aside from weekly mindset calls, regular boxing trainings, deep stretching and mobility practice, and 3 day in-peson intensive - we can schedule check-ins during the week at a cadence that feels like it'd be helpful to you. My goal is to ensure you achieve the results we agree are best for you at the start of this journey and help you maintain your commitments to yourself.
