Program Structure (3 Month Program)

13 Weekly Calls to optimize your Mindset and address your greatest concerns

 One-on-one support to address whatever issues in life are frustrating you - teaching mindset frameworks to direct your beliefs, thoughts, emotions, actions, and results. Help identifying and eliminating self-limiting beliefs and resentments.  This clarity helps in discovering a life filled with passion and meaning. With the right mindset, everything is possible.  Without it, anything can and will be a struggle,  and self-sabotage is commonplace.  

20 minute per day Pain-Free Movement program

As we age, a primary goal of any fitness program should be Pain-Free Movement.  Physical activity will not be enjoyable if it hurts - and if it's not enjoyable, it won't be sustainable.  Most people are born with pain free movement, but we lose our BROM (basic range of motion) as we age by not continuing to press those boundaries (or are sometimes held back by an injury).  Fortunately, you can typically see results in how you feel in your body in 30 days - with massive results possible with 3 months of dedicated practice.  It's about consistentently doing the right things.  These practices are not hard, but took me many years to learn before I found the right techniques to give me painfree movement after years of jiu jitsu had me feeling beat up and often sore.

There are commonly agreed upon principles that represent the Divine Masculine.  We'll review 10 of these principles, how we do and don't represent them in our habits and actions, and enable you to create strategies to help you live these ideals in your day to day life.  This  will help you attract and/or grow the relationship of your dreams while also driving you closer towards realizing your purpose in life.

My Philosophy

As a Coach, I want to share the lessons I've learned through trial and error and coaching I've received to optimize my mindset, habits, and relationships over the past 25 years.  


I've found many universal techniques that can work for anyone and everyone, but the path to success will look different for each individual based on your unique strengths, challenges,  goals, and desires.  


By gaining clarity on what you want and what's keeping you from it, we can focus on the areas of your life where you believe improvement would give you the greatest benefit.  This will produce measurable results as you build a balance of practices that will serve you for a lifetime.

My Story

When I was in my early 20s, I recall going to bars with my boys and seeing single men in their 40s who were out of shape and out of style hopelessly desiring the attention of the fairer sex.  The desperation on them reeked and it was clear they had few, if any, options with women.  I recall thinking, "No matter what happens, I just don't ever want to be 40 and divorced," because these guys looked miserable.


Yet, not long after entering my 40s, I found myself having just completed my second divorce.  And, while I believed that neither relationship was the right one for me nor my partners, it begged the question of how I got here.  Fortunately, I was self aware enough to know that the common link in my dysfunctional relationships was me.  But, it would take years before I'd truly be able to see the deep patterns of behavior that put me there.


Fortunately, this was the wake up call I needed.  I started consuming every personal development book I could read.  I attended plant medicine ceremonies where I set deep intentions to see through my own bullshit.  I really analyzed what I had been prioritizing in choosing a relationship partner and if it was in line with the values of my higher self.  And, I did the work of uncovering the childhood lessons I had "learned" that created patterns which clearly no longer served me. 


I came to realize that I had people pleasing tendencies that permeated not only my romantic relationships, but also my friendships and business relationships.  I was so focused on wanting to be liked and approved of that my energy was set on anticipating the needs of others over understanding my own desires and building the life of my dreams.  In fact, I didn't even have a solid vision of what my ideal life looked like.


Additionally, despite growing up with a model figure of masculinity in my father (who was very present in my life), I had not embraced many of the teachings that had clearly been modeled for me.  And, I had also taken certain criticisms and critiques to heart in ways that led to overthinking and procrastination. At times, I also saw my self as a victim in some regard.


My work in personal development and some divine intervention led me to become certified as a mindset coach and I applied the principles I learned to uncover self limiting beliefs and identify resentments that were holding me back.  It was deep and is an ongoing process.  But, as I gained clarity on my purpose and the life I wanted to build, all of the pieces started falling into place.


My self esteem was no longer dependent upon the appreciation of others as I was able to fill up my own cup.  I became my own best friend with a deep respect for my gifts and desires.  


Once I was able to embody these principles in my life, I found abundance in business, relationship, health, spirituality - all of the things.


In society and in life, it is often a pendulum of moving between extremes.  Whether it's politics where we shift from Barrack Obama to Donald Trump, or the transition from the "Me Too" movement to the rise of Andrew Tate, we're often taken from one extreme to another.  This creates a lot of confusion.  We need guideposts in life - paritculalry for men as we are called to be leaders.  


Some can get this from religion in many ways, but men need community spaces where we can be vulnerable with other men (as opposed to only bringing vulnerability into a romantic relationship, which can kill polarity).  And, we need to do the work to understand ourselves.  While this can be done independently to some depth, it is a much faster and more complete process when done in conjunction with a guide who has done this work for themselves.


My purpose is to share the many lessons I've learned that helped me transform my beliefs and live with more joy.  If you feel called to live a life of greater purpose and abundance or stop repeating patterns that are no longer serving you, schedule time on my calendar or sign up for events notifications.
