The Prime Masculine Program equips men with the skills, confidence, and support necessary for a transformative journey to realize a new prime of life in mind, heart, body, and soul.
One-on-one support through 12 weekly calls to address whatever issues in life are frustrating you - teaching mindset frameworks to direct your beliefs, thoughts, emotions, actions, and results. Help identifying and eliminating self-limiting beliefs and resentments which are holding you back. Gain clarity to discover a life filled with passion and meaning. With the right mindset, everything is possible. Without it, anything can and will be a struggle, and self-sabotage is commonplace.
The only cause of suffering in life is from our own thinking. It's not what happens to us, but how we interpret what happens to us, that causes discomfort. In working together, you'll gain the awareness to recognize when you're no longer in a powerful state and how to transition back into your power effectively. And, we can work together to help transform your specific self limiting beliefs and resentments that are creating resistance in your life and keeping you from living the life of your dreams.
Everyone has a unique purpose they are put on this Earth to create. But, most people are too bogged down by life to really consider what they most deeply deisre and why. We'll follow a set of practices to help you identify and uncover your deepest desires to share your talents with the world in a way that provides tremendous fullfillment.
We'll study the 10 principles that represent the Divine Masculine. We'll review how we represent them in our habits and actions, and enable you to create strategies to help you live these ideals in your day-to-day life. This will help you attract and/or grow the relationship of your dreams while also driving you closer towards realizing your purpose in life.
As we age, a primary goal of any fitness program should be Pain-Free Movement. Physical activity will not be enjoyable if it hurts - and if it's not enjoyable, it won't be sustainable. Most people are born with pain free movement, but we lose our BROM (basic range of motion) as we age by not continuing to press those boundaries (or are sometimes held back by an injury). Fortunately, you can typically see results in how you feel in your body in 30 days - with massive results possible with 3 months of dedicated practice. It's about consistentently doing the right things. These practices are not hard, but it was different than anything I had previously tried and I did a lot of trial and error over the years before discovering the methods that literlaly changed how I move through life. Now, this practice has given me painfree movement even as I continue to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (which can be very hard on the body).
As a Coach, I want to share the lessons I've learned through trial and error and coaching I've received to optimize my mindset, habits, and relationships over the past 25 years.
I've found many universal techniques that can work for anyone and everyone, but the path to success will look different for each individual based on your unique strengths, challenges, goals, and desires.
By gaining clarity on what you want and what's keeping you from it, we can focus on the areas of your life where you believe improvement would give you the greatest benefit. This will produce measurable results as you build a balance of practices that will serve you for a lifetime.

Born in 1977
In my 20s, I saw men in their 40s—out of shape, out of touch, and desperate for connection—and swore I’d never become them. Yet, by my early 40s, I faced my second divorce. Despite knowing those relationships weren’t right, I had to confront the truth: I was the common thread in my struggles.
That was my wake-up call. I dove into personal development, devouring books, attending plant medicine ceremonies, and unraveling the childhood patterns that shaped my people-pleasing tendencies. I realized I’d been chasing approval instead of building the life I truly wanted. I hadn’t even defined what that life looked like.
Growing up, my father modeled true masculinity, but I hadn’t fully embraced those lessons. Instead, I let criticism and overthinking hold me back. Becoming a certified mindset coach changed everything. I uncovered self-limiting beliefs, released resentments, and aligned with my purpose. The result? Abundance in business, relationships, health, and spirituality.
As men, we’re called to lead, but society’s extremes—from “Me Too” to hyper-masculine influencers—create confusion. Religion can offer guidance, but men also need community to be vulnerable without sacrificing polarity in relationships. While self-work is powerful, a guide accelerates the journey.
Through my coaching, I share the 10 Divine Masculine Principles to help men like you embody purpose, strength, and clarity. And, we'll implement mindset frameworks to help you reduce stress and anxiety. Additionally, I have found a short routine which enabled pain-free movement I will teach you that has helped me improve as an athlete and enjoy my fitness journey in middle age and beyond.

While our standard program is 12 weeks (13 weeks including the initial discovery call), we do also offer a 6-month program for those wanting to go particularly deep and receive continued support.
This is designed to be an immersive and life-changing experience. But, it is also catered to each individual, so the price may vary based on what is required to achieve the desired results. Short answer is that working with a coach one one-on-one for 3+ months will always be a 4 figure or more solution. But, my intention is to deliver massive value in our evaluation call and help you identify what it is that you envision as your ideal life - whether we choose to work together or not.
